2] For centuries apple cider vinegar has been used by mixing with water to reduce dry scalp and dandruff. Mix 1/4 cup of water with 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar and then simple apply to the scalp before showers. It also helps to shine the hairs.
3] One can also use it to treat sun burns and insect bites if used properly.

Since time long herbalist and naturopaths have been prescribing apple cider vinegar as some sort of a nutritious drink. Mix 2 to 3 tsp of Apple cider vinegar in 8 ounces of water and drink before or during each meal was a common recommendation. It is said to be nutritious as it well help reduce the nutrient deficiency that result from western diet of processed and refined food. It is also said to kill germs in the system.
Drink that same combination before or with a meal apple cider vinegar is said to help weight loss. Not too rapidly but in slow systematic and gradual manner. It works as an appetite suppressant by increasing one’s metabolic rate and making one feel better. The nutrients, the enzymes and organic acids in this mixture is said to do that role.
Several studies have shown that apple cider vinegar can help reduce blood glucose level. Thus can be a boon to all diabetic patients. Other than this main apple cider vinegar is also known to lower blood cholesterol, help those who suffer with hypertension, acid reflux, gout and warts.
Any substance that has effects on our body would also have side effects. Apple cider vinegar also can be dangerous and troublesome for few.

- The acidity in this liquid can be harsh and even burn throat.
- One can even see irritability, nervousness palpitations as side effects due to longer use of apple cider vinegar.
